Harvey Weinstein’s Obsession: A Memoir

“This is intolerable.”
I sat watching the Georgia Judge dictate over the little South Georgia cases before he got to mine on October 2018. I had filed a suit to ensure a restraining order would be in place on two men – Harvey Weinstein and Anthony Robbins.
I couldn’t stop the tears running down my face. The stress had been getting to me even though I am rather good at thriving under pressure. This judge had shown promise at stop the madman that clearly suffered from delusional issues of power and grandeur (Even though neither man had the mental capacity to follow through on their own devious designs) But in spite of the emotion, I was steely eyed determined to crush these fools.
I knew there was a possibility that this would be pulled out from under my feet. This would be no exception. The warm body that had been sent from Atlanta for Louis Brisbois just mouthed monotone words…. “We think the suit should be thrown out for lack of proper serving.”
“But I DID serve the companies and the men in the suit. I gave a copy of the signed postal certificates to the Judge at the last meeting.”
The judge shifted slightly. “But that’s not good enough, Miss Swain. You have to have it served by a Sheriff of that county.”
“But Georgia law states that if served by mail and SIGNED by recipient, that serves as legal recognized service.” I restated bluntly. He was blatantly disregarding the law in favor of Harvey Weinstein.
“That’s not good enough. Plus, I am tired of people filing frivolous lawsuit……” He droned on and I blocked his nonsense out of my head. I wasn’t ready to give up.
“Your Honor, I have stated pieces of evidence that THESE men have made threats to me, have sent people to trespass on my property, and continue to do acts of sabotage and violence to me and my property. AND the postal suit receipts ARE accepted by Georgia civil law!” I declared.
“That makes no difference, you didn’t serve the defendants properly. You have no idea who you are up against. Case dismissed.”
My mind exploded in rage. CURSE THAT DAMNED JUDGE TO HELL. One thought came to my mind….No you fool, you have no idea who YOU are up against. I followed the lawyer who was a few steps ahead me as he treaded outside of the Reidsville Courthouse Annex.
“You tell your client, this isn’t over. I’m not finished with him.”
He said nothing but continued on. He knew it wasn’t over either. He just hoped he was far away from this as possible next time.
Dysfunction
Tony Robbins projected the same dysfunction. He and Harvey tagged team on harassing women. Tony showed even more detrimental opinions. He flat out hates women.
“Women are incapable of leadership.”
“Wammans (sic) love my large dick.”
“Have you ever been Baker acted?”
“Christians shouldn’t be allowed to vote.”
These little gems he’d throw out to people online. He relished in attacking female accounts and tearing the women down emotionally if he could. He displayed a dark intense hatred for people. He would attack and tear down anyone who differed with his opinion or who he felt a childish jealousy towards which is usually everyone.
He parked himself on Gerard Butler’s fan site and other article comment sites to glean some fame and attention his way. He never felt he had attained the fame he thought he was entitled to from adoring fans. And God forbid you were smarter than him and gave a scientific response that invalidated his disturbed opinions.
“YOU LIVE ON THIS SITE EVERY DAY!” He’d bellow through the comments.
He remains a living nightmare. He runs several independent websites where he uses them to hunt out IP addresses of people. He’d set up smear rings and get people fired with spreading his vicious lies. He, Harvey Weinstein, and Alan Dershowitz live and breathe evil and hunger for new victims to chew up and spit out to bolster their limp egos.
And then recruiting Richard Grannon. They had plans to invade every aspect of my life.
He (Grannon) seemed like a nice person. He had a series of videos and information concerning narcissists on a well-advertised you tube channel. According to all his other female admirers, he fell from heaven to save each one of them from dangerous narcissists that they had been enslaved by unwittingly.
I thought he’d be the perfect solution to chat up with Gerard Butler to get this entire situation to settle down and move on forward away from me. After trying to talk to him as a coherent normal person, he’d started berating me even after I showed evidence of Weinstein’s, and Robbins’ dangerous behaviors. It was clear that they had demanded that they be believed and not me. So finding out that I was again demonized for refusing these reprobates, I decided to ignore the Spartan Life Coach and I did for a year. Unfortunately, I found out he and Tony and Harvey had been using Windstream and other internet providers as means to monitor me and my search history online.
Death Threat
This is exactly what he did in December of 2016.
On 22 of December I came home to see a truck with Florida plates parked across highway 250 – a dangerous state highway that is above my house. It is in the country and a remote location, but it is a busy non monitored highway where cars, trucks, and semi-trucks speed through taking a backroad to Interstate 16. You can’t just park on this road haphazardly, there are also swamps and large ditches around my house. This truck had parked very strangely and I saw the man walking around in a wooded area of our property.
I called out to him to ask him why he was there at all. His truck had “contracted by Windstream” on the side.
“Hello, can I help you? What are you doing here?”
“Oh I was called to help out with a Windstream issue.”
I thought, that’s odd, I didn’t call Windstream for a phone or internet issue.
“Why were you walking around in the back woods? That’s not where the Windstream box is located.”
He repeated himself and walked to his truck. He moved it to the neighbor’s yard. I had called the Windstream and the woman confirmed that there was no call. I confronted the man again.
“Who are you and what are you doing here? Windstream says they didn’t send you out.”
The man started cursing (in which, didn’t bother me). I then called the sheriff’s department and they told him he had to leave. He went and closed up the electrical line box that was open and drove off in a stream of cursing. And I thought the situation was done. But not at all. I was contacted on Lipstick Alley (I had an account) and a strange person named “james” told me point blank that “The police are fake. In the US and UK.”
It was prefaced with “Harvey won’t be after you…” Which made no sense. It sounded like he was Harvey Weinstein. Then what really threw me off was “they’ll probably take you to him.” As if Harvey was a powerful government official and that I would be taken to “see him”.
I thought it was Harvey and he was probably drunk. I hadn’t put 2 and 2 together until the account made a specific death threat.
“You know I can get your address from online, don’t you? I’ll kill you and your mother.”
Wow. Where did this come from? I saved the dated html version of that message. The date was December 24, 2016. I still didn’t realize that the previous fake worker claiming to be from Windstream happened December 22, 2016. I had a man trespassing and messing with my Windstream account, a man telling me Harvey would have the police to come and take me to see him, and then a death threat to kill me and my mother from online stalking.
Later, I found out that Harvey made threats like these to everyone.
New York Corruption
I had enough. October of 2017 came Harvey Weinstein exposed as the repugnant lecher he proudly portrayed in his life. Lawsuits ranging from kidnapping to rape to forced masturbation to sexual harassment came out into the open. I knew this would never end unless I took legal action against him and had a restraining order placed on him and the other man who sent me a picture of himself just last September. I began filing a lawsuit in the state of New York for the suit mainly for the restraining order less for a money payout. A police officer said that a payout would ensure he felt the pain in his pocket to deter him from harassing me again.
I began my legal process. I researched filing and the legal rules of civil suits in New York, while at the same time I began looking for a lawyer. I had forgotten that Weinstein still had a hold on monitoring me on the internet so that if any of his psychopath watchers saw lawyer info on my search engines, they would reach out and contact them first and tell them to refuse to represent me.
Harvey immediately went and searched out Alan Dershowitz, the jerk who represented Jeffrey Epstein and succeeded in corruptly getting him off with a slap on the wrist for underage sex trafficking and pedophilia.
Dershowitz became his “hidden” attorney while Gerald Maatman of Seyforth Shaw was assigned to be Harvey’s legal counsel. And they had some tricks up their sleeves to ensure no woman in Harvey’s direct line of criminal stalking and rape sight received any justice.
It was now 2018. Harvey hadn’t even considered changing his behavior, he just now had disreputable lawyers to help him out. Lisa Bloom, daughter of Gloria What’s her name, had become close friends with Weinstein and began to attack women who were coming forth against the base actions of Weinstein. She rallied the troops and the stalker Black Cube and social media forums to counterattack what had appeared to coalesce against Harvey Weinstein – the MeToo movement.
As far as I knew, I really was in the dark with Harvey’s past deviant behavior. I knew nothing about Rose McGowan. Sometime back in the 90’s, he’d lured her to a hotel room and did vile things to her. This had been well known in Hollywood circles for quite some time.
But you have to understand the mindset of Harvey Weinstein. If there’s one thing Harvey can do, it’s making his situation that much worse for himself and in plain sight too. It’s really like he’s this vicious bank robber with a half ass face mask and getting lucky one or two times but getting angry that the police haven’t caught up with him and buying a billboard to put his name, date, crimes, and real face out there so no one else gets the credit. His lawyers do the exact same thing….as well as his ‘covert’ operatives. I realized I wasn’t dealing with A plus smart people and that has added an element of humor to this situation that makes this tolerable.
Ole Harvey was clearly missing that one friend in life that told him his impulses and extreme weird thoughts were stupid and not to do them. Yeah, verily, he never tolerated opposition or censure for his actions, behaviors, and thoughts.
Lisa Bloom, taking charge of poor Harvey’s DEE FENSE, decided to send covert Black Cube half-wit operatives to harass Rose. Rose and Harvey had supposedly settled this situation many years ago but he must have thought she was detrimental to his background (a background that he proudly admitted on his own). They went whole hog on beating Rose down and then soon added another woman to the mix. The problem was that Lisa Bloom was a woman’s advocate lawyer along with her famous mother, Gloria Allred. She loaded her empty cannons of pre-emption and took off after these women with an ire of disgust. These lawyers only did the one thing that Harvey Weinstein did not need at this time. They kept his name in the papers with the words, “rape”, “unwanted masturbation”, and “sexual harassment” next to him. And with this came every woman who’d had these disturbing events, actually 90 or so women. One even sent me a subtweet (A tweet that did not have my name or identification in it) to say.
“DO NOT AGREE TO MEET UP WITH HARVEY WEINSTEIN.”
I also learned out about New York City corruption first hand. Harvey and his lawyers (still with Weinstein Company at this time) had searched out the deputy sheriff and the judge that had been assigned to my case. They had contacted him and verbally roughed him up for helping me serve Weinstein and the Weinstein Company in compliance with the rules of New York and New York State Supreme court. He had delivered the suits to the Weinstein Company (of which, Harvey was still a co-owner) and the man there had signed it. The sheriff had notorized them and returned the hard copies to me in a timely manner. Everything with this lawsuit – attempting to have a restraining order placed on him – was done in perfect order. The Weinstein Company had been served.
And such it was placed on the docket to go before the judge. The judge, a well known female judge who judged harshly on sexual harassment, had been assigned to my case February 2018. I sent briefs to her office under her name up until March 2018 when I received a notice from Kathryn Freed, that my case had been dismissed. I had not been sent documentation that the judge had been changed nor had I been made aware that there was a trial that had been set for me to either appear or send a response. I had been sending them to the other judge.
So, Harvey Weinstein and the Weinstein Company, with his corrupt lawyers – Alan Dershowitz, Lisa Bloom, and Gerald Maatman and along with Hillary Clinton, corrupt politician – had singlehandedly had my case removed as if it had never been written. Because everyone, let’s face it. Harvey Weinstein is allowed to harass and rape whoever he wants.
